Local Collection (Click & Collect)

We are pleased to offer a free collection option from our designated pickup location for customers who wish to collect their orders in person.

Days: Thursday & Saturday
Time: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Collection Guidelines:

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Please bring your order confirmation (printed or digital) when collecting.

  • Orders must be collected within 7 days of notification. Uncollected items after this period may be restocked.

Shipping Information

We offer standard shipping throughout [Ireland/UK/Europe]. All shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 3-4 business days.

  • Processing times may be longer during peak periods or promotional sales.

Tracking:

  • Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.

Additional Information

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by courier services or incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers.
