What began as a simple idea in my mam’s kitchen has grown into something far beyond what I ever imagined. I started with no experience, no money, and no fancy space — just a clear vision and an unshakeable plan. No matter how qualified I’ve become, I still commit to educating and upskilling myself every single year. That dedication to learning, even as an educator, is what sets me apart. I’m never afraid to be a student, because I know that growth fuels excellence.

Every product I've created is born from genuine passion and countless hours spent perfecting the details that matter most. I believe the best things in life are crafted with intention, care, and a deep respect for the people who will use them. That belief guides everything we do here at JMN Lux Collective, from sourcing the finest double drawn hair extensions to the impeccable service we provide in our own salon.

Our Journey to China

In January 2026, I travelled to China to meet our suppliers in person. I believe true luxury begins at the source, so it was important for me to understand every stage of our production and meet the people behind it face-to-face.

Walking through the factory floors in Zhengzhou, I was immediately struck by the precision and care that goes into every piece. Our manufacturing partners have been perfecting their craft and it shows in every detail.

The quality control process is rigorous. Each product undergoes multiple inspections before it's approved for shipment. This commitment to excellence is exactly why we chose to work with these particular manufacturers.

Beyond the factory visits, I spent time understanding the sourcing of raw materials. Transparency in the supply chain is crucial to us, and seeing firsthand where our materials come from reinforced our commitment to ethical sourcing and that our team are treated fairly and to a high standard.

Building genuine relationships with our manufacturers allows me to stand confidently behind JMN Lux Collective — ensuring our standards of quality, transparency, and ethics are not just promised, but practiced.
