SHIPPING & RETURNS

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
With tags and seals still in place. 

We will only look after complaints within the first 6 weeks of wear, we must then see the hair within the head to deem the hair faulty. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Gift cards are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
